Special Educational Needs Teacher

At Nuri Learning, I am committed to supporting children, adolescents, and families not only academically, but also emotionally, behaviourally, developmentally, and psychologically. My services are designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based clinical support tailored to the individual needs of each child, adolescent, and family within a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

These clinical psychology services are offered for Romanian families through my professional work as a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Romanian Board of Psychologists, providing evidence-based support in accordance with professional clinical standards and ethical practice guidelines.

I believe that every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered. My goal is to work collaboratively with both children and families to build emotional resilience, confidence, adaptive functioning, and healthy developmental progress through compassionate and developmentally appropriate clinical support.

Clinical Evaluation Process

The clinical process begins with a comprehensive psychological evaluation aimed at understanding the child’s developmental profile, emotional wellbeing, behavioural functioning, social functioning, learning profile, and overall psychological needs.

The Clinical Evaluation Process Includes:

Session 1: Complex parent clinical interview

Session 2: Complex child or adolescent clinical interview and behavioural observation

Session 3: Questionnaires and screeners discussed with parents, teachers, and/or the child where appropriate

Session 4: Comprehensive clinical report review and parent feedback session

The evaluation process may include the use of internationally recognised assessment tools, behavioural and emotional screening measures, developmental observations, and clinical questionnaires to ensure a thorough and evidence-based understanding of the child’s strengths, challenges, and support needs.

Following the assessment process, parents receive a detailed clinical report including professional observations, findings, emotional and behavioural profiles, and personalised recommendations for home, school, and ongoing clinical support where appropriate.

After the clinical evaluation process, ongoing clinical counselling and intervention support sessions may be recommended depending on the child or family’s individual needs.

Sessions are available:

  • Online

  • In person at ABC Center Bucharest, Romania
